Harold Hongju Koh, Professor of International Law and former dean at Yale Law School, served as Legal Adviser (2009-13) and Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (1998-2001) at the US State Department. He is the author, most recently, of The Trump Administration and International Law (Oxford University Press, 2018).
