Feisal Amin Rasoul al-Istrabadi was Deputy Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations from 2004-2007, and was the principal drafter of Iraq’s interim constitution. He is the founding director of the Center for the Study of the Middle East at Indiana University, Bloomington, where he is University Scholar in International Law and Diplomacy.
