Europe’s Ukrainian Blunder
In steering Ukraine away from Europe, Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot be faulted for skillfully pursuing his interpretation of Russia's national interests. The blame for the outcome in Ukraine falls squarely on EU leaders, who represented European interests so badly.
