Across the eastern regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo, government soldiers, members of renegade government military units, and myriad militias are gang raping, maiming, and mutilating untold thousands of women. If the horror is to end, the the UN and the International Court of Justice must act to end impunity for unspeakable crimes.
